Another city, another time-27 July, 2010
Almost like a little glimpse into different worlds within my room. Neverland. China. The list goes on. I’m getting pretty excited for my trip! One week and counting. How crazy!! I always dreamed of going to China, and now, it’s actually happening. What an amazing blessing. But first, got to finish my summer semester! It’s getting intense up in here!!

Photo Bomb!-26 July, 2010
Ohh, this sneaky little sister of mine! Totally photo bombed my photo. Sad thing is, it’s the best picture I took today…. best thing though, it’s my cutie pie:)

Vanity-25 July, 2010
There is a glass vase that has several peacock feathers sitting in our house. Since I didn’t get out today, I had to find some beauty and creativity inside my house.

Contradictions Run Amuck-24 July, 2010
This is one of many reasons preppy stores and I don’t mix very well at times. Went on a delightfully fun mall crawl today with my collegiate buddies (heh). We walked into Hollister, which, by the way, kind of creeps me out with the dim lighting and sinfully blasting music. Walked over to the dude’s side and saw a really pink jacket, but it’s saying I can’t purchase it....
Outside Looking In-23 July, 2010
It was a beautiful rainy day, perfect to sit in a cozy place with good friends:) The library is just that type of place for me, and it was wonderful to sit and watch the rain through the windows. I relish this weather!!!!

Charlie's....Angels?-22 July 2010
It was dress up day at school today! Judges and lawyers and a fake courtroom…it was stellar. :) So the boys thought it would be suave to pose like they’re rad. Which they are, so I guess that’s alright. :]

Traveling-21 July, 2010
I wanted to see how well my camera on my phone would handle a glossy laptop bag. And I think it worked pretty well, surprisingly enough. I didn’t feel like editing this much, so its in the raw format.

Sitting Silhouette-20 July, 2010
Sitting and waiting for pick up at school. It produces boredom at times, but armed with my trusty camera, I’m all set to go! School’s been going swimmingly as of yet. Halfway through my summer semester, then I’m off to Hong Kong for two weeks! How exciting! It’s hard to believe that it’ coming so soon…It seems only yesterday that I graduated. Oh, time! Why...
Love on the Horizon-19 July, 2010
The back porch in my yard yields a welcoming bench swing. The moon happened to be right at the right height in the sky when I took this photo. I had to bring out the color and switch it up to get the warmness I was after. Overall, a bit grainy, but it works :) Much amore to you all!

Hipster -17 July, 2010
So today I got the chance to hang out with one of my greatest friends who I never get to see because he lives hours and hours away…silly kid. But he’s my 70s child, so we have good talks most of the time:) Adore that smile! I felt accomplished as a tour guide, culturing him in the ways of gelato and boba tea. Good times, good times.

Paint the Sky -16 July, 2010
When it gets wicked windy outside, instead of staying inside like a normal person, I go outside to take pictures like a crazy:) Mind you, I am slightly crazy, so it doesn’t matter. The sun was at the right point in the sky and the rainbow happened to be right by the neighbor’s tree, so I quickly snapped a photo. I love the pop of color caused by the rainbow, as everything else is...
Waiting -15 July, 2010
Shoes with character. Tired day, so goodnight!

Time will Tell-14 July, 2010
This gritty note that sunk in the dirty water off the side of the street caught my eye as we were walking into a cafe for dinner. I’m not sure what it says, nor really care, but the mood and atmosphere is breathtaking. It seems like time was not kind to it, though it wears it battle wounds with pride. I adore the textures and depth that I was able to catch in this shot.

Mr. Pepper makes a scene -13 July, 2010
I didn’t realize Mr. Pepper was trying to get so close to Miss Caramel. A shot a love? Perhaps? A shot of Rachel on the telephone? Indeed

Like Clockwork -12 July, 2010
This amazing clock was hand painted by my cousin, and given to me as a graduation gift. The colors and message are quite wonderful. Overall, I’m liking the way this photo turned out. Ta.

Ichabod -11, July 2010
This is my hawt boyfriend, Ichabod. He’s pretty awesome. Doesn’t talk much. Nor complains. He’s the strong silent type. I admire that about him :)

The Long and Desert Road -10 July, 2010
I liked the idea of taking a shot from the car. We were headed to get a math book for me, way out West. But I kind of appreciate the blah-ness of it all. Also 10/10 today:) Night night!

Lookin' Sketchy -9 July, 2010
Just messing around with my special effects on my computer. I didn’t get out and shoot pictures today, so this is kind of my last minute thing. Ok, it is my last minute thing.

Double Trouble in a Bubble! - 8 July, 2010
Happy Birthday to me! Yes, I am officially an adult, scary, eh? Anywhos, birthday was lovely, actually. I even finished my homework early-ish! I count this picture as one I took, even though I took it on my new compy:) My sister is cute.

The Table - 7 July, 2010
Ah, college:) The smell of books and knowledge in the library, with Mr. Pringle to guide us through our homework. Not to mention Teddy Roosevelt’s advice from way back when. We can communicate via web cam. He’s a rad dude.

Death of education? -6 July, 2010
So tumblr is being evil and not rotating my picture. I’m sure I’ll figure that kink out at a later date. For now, you have to tilt your head to the right to see it properly. This is a statue at ASU West. Saw it today on my way to lunch-ola. It’s creepy good, with what no head. Nor hands. Neat eh? It makes me worry that this is what is going to become of my education though:...
10 little pretties -5 July, 2010
10 little pretties, waiting in a line,
each one is waiting for their chance to shine.
10 little pretties, sitting in a row,
here, they are waiting for their little show.
And that’s my failed attempt at rhyming! Ta dah! Coincidentally, my 10 little pretty fingers are all painted, so maybe tomorrow will show the rainbow-ness that is my hands. Then again, maybe not. I am actually a touch...
Child's play -4 July, 2010
Happy 4th everyone! My sister was playing in her duck pool today to escape the heat. We like ducks.

What could possibly go better with music? Dig this perspective. ‘Nuff said. Amore =)

See peace? -2 July, 2010
So this lovely little message was painted on the walkway going up to a building down at ASU. It’s quirky but promotes warning as well. It reminds me how easy it is to get into fights. With my mom, with my friends, with whoever. Adamant to stand up for our side, we often loose sight of what’s important, or even worse, our vision gets clouded from it. It’s important to remain...
To see the Moon Spirit - 1 July, 2010
Trixie, my goldfish, and my teapot. I intended to shoot a happy, cutesy looking shot, with the yellow and blues of my teapot and of course the fish. Unfortunately, flash had other ideas; it produced this washed out, eerie looking shot. It reminds me of the Ocean and Moon Spirits from Avatar: The Last Airbender (fabby movie, by the way). I kind of dig it.
